This app is not showing where my car is and it indicated that ignition on but it off and I also require a call it 5 day today still no call so am confuse and my car is not safety anymore i need to cancel that tracker now because they fail to do job

Pathetic App which always has something wrong with it
I recently acquired a vehicle fitted with Cartrack. After 4 and a half trouble free years with Tracker I was in for a nasty surprise.
It is impossible to get into this app. On my phone I am told they can’t connect to the server. On my tablet I have wasted the last 40 minutes entering and re-entering passwords including attempting to change my password, all to no avail. It is always wrong and I am given no user friendly options of changing it. I have now given up, 40 minutes is more than enough to waste on this rubbish.
I have no meaningful protection on my vehicle if I can’t access the app, as I can’t even ascertain where my vehicle is. And God help me if I ever need to get hold of this bunch of charlatans in a crisis such as an accident or a hijacking.
I hate this app and I wish the dealership had given me the opportunity to continue with Tracker. I never had a problem in all the years I was with them.

Very Poor App
This app was great, however for the past few months you get a referral notification to refer a friend, then you say no thanks and check the box each time to not ask me again and it still pops up when you open the app.
Secondly, when you open the app, it shows the world map with no vehicles at all, or it shows you your vehicles with them all in the same spot(not updated or live). Sometimes you even have to close and re-open the app more than 3 times to see your vehicles live.
