Buying tokens
This app has always been super useful and helpful while being a tenant but recently I am unable to buy tokens on the app. This is extremely frustrating, sometimes it works after 5 times or it just doesn’t work at all. Please look into this asap.
Bought electricity never got token
This app is useless I bought electricity and never got a token called Citiq said I must wait for hours to investigate
I even struggled to login
Error on login in
This is kind of frustrating. I can log in on the app, but I can login on the browser using the same login details. What’s up with that. I uninstalled the app and downloaded again and still not working. I called the contact centre and they also don’t know what’s wrong. Shouldn’t the app accept my details that works perfectly on the browser. Please fix this
