The app works faster which was a plus and also the app is simple enough to navigate through which is perfect for me. However, there is room for improvement in terms of appearance. I saw a few repeated words also with the FAQ’s one cannot tell which are the questions and which are answers. Lastly in terms of Municipality bills, are the plans to cover some areas in gauteng

I had downloaded this app when i wanted to pay my tickets. First experience was fast and easy. This time around decided to renew my license disc, it was also easy, submitted the documents, throughout the process they informed me when my documents were submitted, when they were on the way and when they were captured. I loved this process, puts me at ease. And it was quick.

Although the app crashes sometimes but im happy with the service. Will definitely use it always.

I paid an initial amount of c.R700 via the app which is supposed to include the delivery fee as well in Nov21 with the expectation that my license disc would be delivered soon as my disc expired during that month. I was later told via the app that I need an additional R212 for “convenience fees”. Now because I’ve already paid the initial R700, I figured let me just pay this convenience fee. It’s now mid January 2022 and I still can’t make payment via the app because the app payment server won’t take my transactions.

This has been frustrating for me and I assure you it is far more convenient to go Post Office itself than catch tickets on the road because of this app. Never again!
