Monitor and control your alarm system from anywhere in the world when using a Rhino alarm panel or a Falcon communicator with selected third-party alarm panels.

The ArmME app allows you to be in control and aware of whatever is happening at your home or business even when you’re not there.

With the ArmME app, you are easily able to:

- Arm, disarm or stay arm different areas of your home as set up by the technician
- Receive alerts when the alarm is triggered and know where on your property the intrusion occurred
- Check whether your alarm system is armed or not
- Open or close your gate or garage door and switch your lights, sprinklers and pool pump on or off
- See if there is AC power or not at your place
- Identify the different areas or partitions of your home by uploading photos and customising area and zone names
- Access a history of events via the event log
- Bypass specific zones, when in use, to prevent triggering an alarm

To access the above features and more you have to be using a Rhino 68, 816, 232 or 832 alarm panel or a Falcon communicator which is connected via the serial port to one of these third-party panels:

Notifications not coming through

I recently had to send my phone in for repairs.
I received notifications perfectly before then and also on the phone I temporarily used. But, since receiving my phone back, I don’t receive notifications anymore. All my notifications for the app is on in my settings. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice already, but no luck

Frustrating Syncing Issues with ArmME App Post-Upgrade

I recently upgraded the ArmME app on my phone, hoping for improved functionality and a better user experience. However, to my disappointment, the app no longer syncs with my phone after the upgrade. This has been a major inconvenience as I rely on the app to keep track of important information and tasks.

Despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot the syncing issue, including reinstalling the app and checking for updates, the problem persists. The lack of syncing functionality has significantly hindered my ability to use the app effectively, leading to frustration and disappointment.

I have reached out to the app's customer support for assistance, but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. It is disheartening to encounter such issues with a once-reliable app, and I hope that the developers address this issue promptly to restore the app's functionality for all users.

Overall, my experience with the ArmME app post-upgrade has been marred by syncing issues, making it difficult to fully utilize its features. I would caution others considering the app to be aware of this issue and proceed with caution until a resolution is provided.

Might be missing something

(EDIT)Also when a zone trips the app doesn’t show what zone got tripped.

Are there currently or will there be a feature were I can remove/hide unused zones? The app keeps showing zones active but I am not using them at the moment (not connected). Also can we get more notifications like “area armed/disarmed” by “user”? Also with load shedding in SA the AC fail status does not update when power gets back on. Thank you for the app and developers.
