Description
Monitor and control your alarm system from anywhere in the world when using a SecureGuard alarm panel or a Guardian communicator with selected third-party alarm panels.
The SecureGuard app allows you to be in control and aware of whatever is happening at your home or business even when you’re not there.
With the SecureGuard app, you are easily able to:
- Arm, disarm or stay arm different areas of your home as set up by the technician
- Receive alerts when the alarm is triggered and know where on your property the intrusion occurred
- Check whether your alarm system is armed or not
- Open or close your gate or garage door and switch your lights, sprinklers and pool pump on or off
- See if there is AC power or not at your place
- Identify the different areas or partitions of your home by uploading photos and customising area and zone names
- Access a history of events via the event log
- Bypass specific zones, when in use, to prevent triggering an alarm

To access the above features and more you have to be using a SecureGuard alarm panel or a Guardian communicator which is connected via the serial port to one of these third-party panels:

Minor improvement
There should really be a offline mode, sometimes the WiFi could have issues and you might not have data. Other than that, this app is great.
Connection Issues
I constantly have to wait for the app to connect - sometimes it goes offline for 1/2 hours -
And most times it takes minutes to connect and only after repeated attempts of opening and closing the app.
I have a super wifi home network so it definitely not that
It also won’t keep my password - I have to enter it every time although I have turned ‘keep me logged in on’

App has connect issues
Happy with this system, but the app battle to connect or refresh every time you need to use it. You have to close and open the app multiple times every time, which is frustrating.
Functionality of app (once connected) works as expected.
Previously zones bypassed on panel do not clear from the app and still show as “Bypassed” even though they are not bypassed anymore.
