The app works really well but an annoying issue is that the pop up notifications don’t clear when you open the app and go to the notifications. They remain active as a pop up until you clear them one by one. All other apps clear multiple pop up notifications when you click on and access one of them. Obviously you can then see all the notifications in the actual app so don’t need the pop up ones any longer. They should therefore clear themselves. Maybe this can be fixed at some point. BTW, this is on the iPhone version of the app.

New app interface is a lot better but can do with a few ux improvements. Like when you use back button it should just go back to where you were instead of going all the way back to beginning. App has crashed about three times in last couple of months where we were unable to arm the alarm. We dont have a keypad installed in bedroom because we thought the app was reliable to use instead.

Also some strange error messages that come up sometimes.
Would also be nice if the bypass settings could be remembered so i dont have to bypass the same zones every night.
Anither thing is when you enter a zone to bypass but you do it too quickly it just loads forever and you have to go back out and in to add bypass after waiting at least few seconds

The app is great to bypass, arm and disarm my house alarm remotely.

The only problems I have with the app are:
1) The bypass screen does not refresh immediately. It sometimes does not show which zones are bypassed correctly. I often have to check the activity register to see which zones have actually been bypassed.
2) When trying to bypass zones, the screen often moves up by one zone, so that when I have been in a hurry and intend to bypass say zone 10, it lands up bypassing zone 11.

If those two bugs could be fixed, it would be a great improvement of a small frustration with the app.
