Do you need assistance with using some of the features within the App? No problem, simply go to ‘Help’. Here you will access useful information that will guide you through the App. This App, is simple, easy, extremely user friendly and can be used immediately.
If you are an agent, log on to the App to access a digital sales platform where you can submit your applications digitally on the same day!
You can install the App on your smartphone or tablet. Once downloaded the App is free to use on all major SA networks, this means that Clientèle will pay for all the data that the App uses.

Guys save your money this service from Clientell legal is a waste of money and to think I have to call and not being attended to using my own resources to get my policy document as I had requested and till today no one has sent it. They will send you from pillar to post for just a policy document which will be sent via email🥴, their WhatsApp chat bot is not working properly .. I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism from such a huge company.

Don’t get this app
Don’t get this app it’s a scam I was told I had a free trail and when I cancelled it but I still got charged days before the actual time they were supposed to charge me… waste of my money if you want to make a terrible decision download this app I still want my refund, I read the terms and conditions you were only supposed to charge me two days before not ten If I could give 0 rates I would

Don’t bother signing up with Clientele. Or using their app. Once you signed up they don’t bother with you, and if you ever think of moving forward in your life after years of supporting their business, you will become nothing more than a missed call. I expect more from local businesses!
