This is such a horrible app. It’s like the developers just jumped on an opportunity without doing any research about the field they are getting into and the service they have to render. This stupid app is supposed to be student friendly but it’s been nothing but an inconvenience. The charges are ridiculous, the service is horrible, the app gets updates every two seconds which further adds to the inconvenience. We transferred money days ago but it is still not reflecting in our personal bank accounts because the app mixed up branch codes and some account numbers are wrong. How is that even possible? This is the worst thing to ever come out of South Africa when it comes to student services.

I recieved my funds a few days ago and transferred, but didn’t recieve a proof of payment, or any recording of it in the transaction. Till now I have not received my money. I am hungry and have only been eating pap with salt, when I was supposed to buy groceries. I’ve tried emailing them countless, messaging them on WhatsApp, Facebook and instagram, but still. They insisted that they fixed the app, but I still see no record of my money being returned to me. I plead with you. I have nothing left except for Nsfas, but still nothing. I’m a struggling student please help me.

I’ve been trying to login to no avail. It’s saying no internet connection. I fail to understand cause I’m using Wi-Fi and it’s secure. Not even Facebook is helping. I’ve even tried to restart my phone, restart my Wi-Fi , contact them and I’ve tried to reinstall the app over and over again. I don’t understand cause I was using the app just fine without being able to withdraw until when I got home when people were able to withdraw mine stopped working. Aii cha ngeke guys
