Dealing with Clientèle has been one of the most frustrating and insulting experiences of my life.I have spent over six months trying to cancel a simple debit order — and despite multiple emails, WhatsApps, and attempted phone calls, this company continues to ignore me and illegally deduct money from my account.They send automated, emotionally manipulative responses offering “loyalty benefits” instead of actually listening to my cancellation request. It’s nothing more than a deliberate attempt to trap people in policies they don’t want, can’t afford, or never agreed to continue.Let’s be clear: This is not poor service. This is predatory behaviour, disguised under the mask of customer care.I’ve contacted my bank, initiated disputes, blocked them — and they still find a way to steal money. Their system is designed to wear people down until they give up.If you’re considering signing with Clientèle: don’t.And if you’re trying to leave them? Prepare for war.

Guys save your money this service from Clientell legal is a waste of money and to think I have to call and not being attended to using my own resources to get my policy document as I had requested and till today no one has sent it. They will send you from pillar to post for just a policy document which will be sent via email🥴, their WhatsApp chat bot is not working properly .. I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism from such a huge company.

They do not listen when you want to cancel. You can submit a cancellation via email you must phone. Which is ridiculous. So when you phone you end up hearing all the nonsense on repeat as they want to know why you are cancelling. They are only money hungry and do not want what is best for their customers! The struggle to cancel this has been the worst! I have had two people hung up on me when Clientele call me. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t get this app it’s a scam I was told I had a free trail and when I cancelled it but I still got charged days before the actual time they were supposed to charge me… waste of my money if you want to make a terrible decision download this app I still want my refund, I read the terms and conditions you were only supposed to charge me two days before not ten If I could give 0 rates I would
