With a simple swipe or tap, you can do medical aid stuff like locating network providers closest to you, and consulting with a GP virtually. Simply use your phone to view your available benefits, submit and track your claims, manage your MediVault and access all your important documents and a digital membership card wherever you are.

You will also be able to access the October health mental health support app through our app, for all the support you need to help you cope with life’s ups and downs. October health is free to download and use, but normal data service provider costs apply when using the app. There are also additional paid-for offerings for those requiring additional support.

Useless app
The most useless app I have ever seen!
Once you have struggled through the login process, you faced with a useless app that seamlessly let you change your picture?! The is no useful functions in the app, you can't manage your vault/wallet, you can't submit a claim, you can't get pre-admissions.
If you manage to get to an advanced function, you are diverted to a website to login again?? Really Fedhealth?? You are not a cheap medical aid and we the customer expect more from you for the price we pay!
In the time we live in your app is suppose to give us all the functions related to your business, from managing your vault/wallet to submitting claims!
Come now Fedhealth, time to wake up and get with the time. Maybe this the motivation to move to a different medical aid...
No OTP
Since my last review there has been an update to the app, but the issue I was experiencing has not been addressed and I still can’t register on the app. Here in the App Store, nothing happens when you tap for app support.
I have even sent an email to Fedhealth’s customer care and have had no response. I just want to register myself in the app. Who would think you’d have to jump through so many hoops and still not be able to register. Sort it out, guys.

I have never ( since the app exists) been able to use it successfully! Do you have any indication how many successful app users you have, or is this just a fake to satisfy some Rule or Authority. Do you perhaps have a simplistic manual that instructs how to use the app. The same goes for the monthly statement. By the way I am not illiterate I happen to be a retired Attorney.
