I am experiencing the same issue as other users of the App. Once you log in, your details appear and within about 2 seconds the App crashes and the screen gone. And yes, you do successfully however receive an sms saying you have logged onto the account. The App is proving useless when it constantly crashes and seems that this error is ongoing with no resolution.

It is further useless after sending your info to the email address provided. They respond once, delete the App and reinstall. This does not resolve the issue. They don’t call you back. Seems they only respond to the review to provide a response.

Stop stringing Users along that you are fixing the App and willing to help when there is nothing of substance being offered.

Hi, We sincerely apologize for your experience and this is definitely not what should have been done. If you are still having problems with your app, please send your details and description of error and to email address and an agent will call.

I have been struggling to login for a couple of weeks now. App was great until recently. Everytime i login it crashes immediately after opening.
Cant even login on the self service cause it gives an error as well. What an inconvenience.

Not sure how you guys want us to pay our accounts during Covid-19 if your app keeps timing out every time I log in (while still receiving a notification sms that I’ve been successfully logged on). Thank you for the reply but I won’t be able to provide a screenshot of the problem as the app times out!!!!?????? Anyway I found another way to pay my account so I’m just going to delete the app and food for thought a general send your problem response to all the clients with the same problem is absolutely shocking especially since all of the clients have advised that the app TIMES OUT rendering them unable to provide “error” messages which by the way does not exist for the time out problem.
