Cannot even log in and make payment. How do we pay our debts if we cannot use the app because this app is frustrating. The next thing debt collectors are calling you while they forgeting that we cannot even make payment because of the app 🤞🏾🤞🏾It is bad. May you please look for qualified IT technicians to fix the app we cannot live like this .

I have the Makro credit card to make payments etc. it does not always work. Sometimes it won’t all you to log in or say you password doesn’t match for no reason. Always an issue getting into the app. App cannot save credit card details. At times it even doesn’t show or pick up the amount you have paid. When you phone tech support it’s even worse. They don’t know what to do to resolve an issue on the app and just tell you to email them. Then that email gets no reply for weeks. So finally the app really isn’t useful does not make payment of the credit card easy. They want you to spend as much as possible with your credit card but they make it a mission if you want to pay them!

I think it will be beneficial to have an option to save your card details at the moment each time one makes payment you have to manually enter your card details.

The app is good and easier to make a payment. Can you please add the option to save a card within the app so you don’t have to put the card number al the time when you due to make a payment.
