I am reaching out to request a feature that I believe could be highly beneficial for WhatsApp users who rely on end-to-end encrypted backups for security.Recently, I encountered a situation where I lost access to my device and, unfortunately, can no longer remember my backup encryption password or 64-digit key. As a result, I am unable to restore a large backup file containing essential conversations and media that I cannot afford to lose. I am sure that many other users may face similar situations, especially given the long-term nature of WhatsApp backups.I kindly urge you to consider implementing a secure option to reset the end-to-end encrypted backup password in case of emergencies like this. Perhaps a two-factor authentication process, identity verification, or another method could enable users to regain access to their encrypted backups while maintaining the high-security standards WhatsApp is known for.Thank you for considering this feature request, and I appreciate the dedication your team shows toward user security and privacy. I am hopeful for a solution that would allow users like myself to recover their backup data in situations where both the device and encryption password are inaccessible.

So this Application is actually not half that bad it’s almost like the real deal just with a few changes here and there as well as the added business text features like adding in your trading hours, which on that point needs to actually be fixed as it is buggy tried to add my own custom ours but the moment I go out to save it makes its own default times...Besides that what I’m really getting at here though is that if you’ve been previously on the normal WhatsApp and you’re looking to switch to WhatsApp business with the same number, please do be advised you will start over, all the groups you were in you would have to find a way back in profile statuses will be WhatsApp business default which can be changed afterwards,Reason why I’m posting this was because I wasn’t aware of this the first time I tried WhatsApp business, which I ended up losing hundreds of groups I was in previously so just a heads up.

Dear WhatsApp Business Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a review and reinstatement of my WhatsApp Business account, which was recently suspended. I rely heavily on this platform to communicate with my clients, manage orders, and provide ongoing support. The suspension has already had a significant financial and operational impact on my business. I was informed that my account was suspended due to alleged violations of WhatsApp’s policies. I would like to respectfully state that I am not aware of any actions on my part that would go against the platform’s guidelines. I always strive to operate my business ethically and professionally.

I love whatsapp a lot and I use daily. I want to use it for my online tutoring business but it lacks features I need. I would like it to have features to prevent group participants (my students) from downloading any media (any content shared in the group) , meaning they can only view that media if they are in that group in whatsapp. And I want another feature to prevent students from forwarding or sharing any content or media shared in the groups. And another feature to prevent students screenshooting or screen recording while they are in the group or while viewing any media shared in the group. I love the app and I wanna use it for my tutoring business but I seriously need the above mentioned features to prevent the unlawful sharing of my content. I give the app 3 stars, with those features, I would give it 5 stars.Thank you
