Great when it works
This app is fantastic when it works. There are times when you have to re enter passwords and face recognition is not working. Very frustrating. Couldn’t log on a few times when you really need it.
Queries logged aren’t logged
Cool app but if you log a query through the app it will tell you that it has been successfully submitted but its never actually submitted, when logging into mweb through my laptop and browsing to Queries it shows no queries have been logged. Please fix this as it is very handy to log issues through mobile when you don’t have a laptop closeby
Finally an App!
So happy that I can have an App to view my account and data usage, only problem is on iPhone when you swipe to go back the App stalls and I need to quit and launch again. Maybe check the menu mapping and fix please.
Otherwise the App’s interface is clean and easy to navigate.
