Annoying
You always have to select your cinema — apparently it is too complicated for it to remember your last choice. And when viewing seats for a certain movie, if you press back (to see other show times), you have to start all the way from the beginning again. This is a bare bones web app; you’re better off using the website.
Great app
I was worried reading previous reviews. I decided to give it a go anyway. Downloaded it and used it for the first time. This app is GREAT. Well put together. Easy to use, browse, view, book. Payment with Momentum discount worked without a glitch. Thumbs up from me.
Poor app experience
Absolutely poor app experience when trying to make a booking. After submitting credit card details, the payment screen goes in a processing loop and then appears with a white screen after 30s. There is no error notification or any sort of details to inform the user that the transaction has not completed. I have tried this 5 times and still not success. Very frustrating and inconvenient!!b
