Ratings and Reviews
Crashes Often. Very frustrating
I’ve tried to upload my invoice several times now but the request times out, or the app crashes and I am unable to load the claim. This has happened a few times now and I end up covering the cost of the bill which is not the point of having insurance. It’s incredibly frustrating. Please sort out the app issues. I am on the latest version of the app as well as phone software so that is not the cause of the issue. It is the app.

Disappointed
I have been with you guys for over a year, and the one time I need to claim, I am unable to because the app isn’t working and I can’t get hold of anyone or even request a call me back. I’m always having issues with your app. I can’t even see the full details of what my dogs are covered exactly anymore.
Your service was great in the beginning. But now I’m just absolutely disappointed and upset I wasted money paying for nothing basically every month for over a year.
I’m cancelling my policy schedules and moving to another pet insurance that is more reputable. Please get someone to call me immediately. As I can’t get through to anyone. This is ridiculous
Concept great, execution poor
The app crashes every time you go into it, and as a result you have to login again every time. Often it lags and then gives a processing error when submitting anything. I have no idea if my claims have been submitted. I am very disappointed, please update your app.
