Crashes Often. Very frustrating

I’ve tried to upload my invoice several times now but the request times out, or the app crashes and I am unable to load the claim. This has happened a few times now and I end up covering the cost of the bill which is not the point of having insurance. It’s incredibly frustrating. Please sort out the app issues. I am on the latest version of the app as well as phone software so that is not the cause of the issue. It is the app.

The most pathetic company ever! They have the worst administration procedures and absolutely no one knows what’s happening. Every time I claim, my policy is supposedly suspended due to unpaid premiums when all premiums have been paid and are up to date. They just lose your money somewhere, come up with fake refunds and just make a mess of all payment allocations, then they suspend your policy with zero notification. This happened 2 months in a row, and the only reason I found out, was when I needed to claim. I’m not sure how many other months they’ve done this for, as we haven’t really claimed previously. The consultants are useless, no one has the willingness to assist, they just have no care in the world. Don’t trust these people with your money.

I have been with you guys for over a year, and the one time I need to claim, I am unable to because the app isn’t working and I can’t get hold of anyone or even request a call me back. I’m always having issues with your app. I can’t even see the full details of what my dogs are covered exactly anymore. Your service was great in the beginning. But now I’m just absolutely disappointed and upset I wasted money paying for nothing basically every month for over a year. I’m cancelling my policy schedules and moving to another pet insurance that is more reputable. Please get someone to call me immediately. As I can’t get through to anyone. This is ridiculous
