Description
Use PitStops to find the cheapest diesel within 10km of wherever you are. Touch a button and fuel stations are listed by price and distance. PitStops belongs to YOU… so check and edit prices when you fill up.
If the app shows a blank blue screen, touch Sync.The app will sync and bring up your current location plus nearby fuel outlets.
If the app shows a map with a blue dot, touch Sync.The app will sync and feature a map with nearby fuel outlets.
If the app Diesel screen is blank, press Sync.The app will sync and show best diesel prices within a 10km radius.
If the app Distance screen shows more than 4000km away, you REALLY, REALLY don’t have to drive that far! Touch Sync.The app will sync and show the nearest fuel outlet.
If you’re on the Diesel or Distance screen, touch the location pin.The app will show the location of that fuel outlet.Touch the car icon, this will bring up Google Maps with the best route to the pumps.
Once at the pumps, touch the hamburger menu at the top.Select Add/Change Fuel Price.Select the pencil icon on the garage, then scroll down below the map to update fuel price.Remember: press Save! Now you’re helping others, just as they help you with info on prices.

Navigation
Would be good to extend the distance search range above 10km, especially if traveling long distance. Also navigation doesn’t work.
App in use is an outdated version. App does not work on iphone 14 pro
I have used the app for almost a year but since the last few weeks i got a message on opening the app about the app being outdated and to contact the creator for the new cersion. When trying to sync for the latest data i get an error message about unable to establish connection with database.
I un-installed and reinstalled from apple store but same problem on opening. Please advise.
Currently using iphone 14 pro with IOS 16.3
Prices not accurate!!!
I downloaded the app a few mins ago. Great idea, but the prices were last updated a year ago, in some cases!! So I have no idea in which direction to drive!!! What a waste of time!! The whole point of the app is to locate cheaper prices but this feature doesn’t work!!! Surely the app doesn’t rely solely on users capturing the price at the pumps? There must be a more effective and reliable way to do it, surely!!!!
