Personal assistant
This section doesn’t allow read receipt of messages( sent or received). You are unable to identify whom you are speaking to when sending messages in the app. notifications don’t work despite being adjusted under settings on my phone to be allowed to deliver at any time, it still doesn’t . So messages are at times missed unless you physically have the app open.
Developers can do better here.
Still pretty useless
For some reason I can’t understand, the app only gives access to a few of the benefits instead of being able to access and work on ALL of them without having to go into the Sanlam full website. Examples are:
1. You can’t enter your participation in an event via the app.
2. You can’t do a latest valuation of your vehicle via the app
Come on developers, unless the app does everything you can do on the website, it remains useless.
R300 disappointment
Maybe consider Vitality instead this is really a R300 mistake that gives you movie discounts, show max for 5 x months. This app never works and if you really want to use anything here you still have to use the web interface.
