Functional and Useful

I’ve been using this app since 2018 and it’s not changed too much from a UI perspective but it does everything I need it to do for my resistance and cardio training timing. Seconds allows me to play music or use my Audible app whilst interjecting audio countdowns thereby allowing me to listen and workout at the same time.

Almost perfect

Recently downloaded this app and think it is great. I think you should build in a MOVE and MOVE ALL function. This will make it far easier to move items into different folders without having to always rely on the copy paste function.

Pasting a list of items from the homepage into a folder was frustrating. Sometimes a few items pasted, sometimes they all did. It ALWAYS pasted the items in random order though, which meant repositioning them all over again. For a long list of items this can be a problem. So this might also be something to look at. Make sure the items get moved/pasted in the order they were originally in.

Good, but could be better.

I love this App. I intend to use it a lot and it works brilliantly with my Apple Watch. I only have three issues with it.

Issue One: Workouts completed using Seconds do not reflect on the Apple’s Activity App. For instance, if I have to complete a certain number of workouts to get a medal on the Activity App, workouts complete via Seconds do not count/reflect. Future integration is desirable.

Issue Two: I would like to include my Warmups and Cool Downs as part of the HIIT. This is possible. What’s not is being able to include/list a variety of exercises to do as part of a Warmup or Cool Down.

Issue Three: I should be able to lineup different timers for the activities that I plan to do during that session, without having to end the workout and start a new one.

Please consider these on the next update. Otherwise, well done.
