I have tried to login on the app numerous times with no luck…..

The app doesn’t keep allow me to update my personal details. Everytime I try to add my personal details it will “update” and then when I log in again everything has disappeared

There are various issues with the latest version of your app on iOS. Can you please investigate & resolve these?I am using an iPhone 13 on iOS 18.3.1.1) After logging in, if I tap on "Benefits" the app crashes. I tested this multiple times and it is easily replicated.2) The app shows "used" and "Available" at the top with a big circle. There is no description of what this represents. If I assume it relates to benefits, I am pretty sure the calculation is wrong. It is February and I am on the Value Platinum plan. Furthermore, if I tap on the image nothing happens. There is no explanation.3) The login page of the app offers "Touch ID". I use "Face ID". Perhaps the wording should be changed to reflect both options?4) At the bottom is "Digital Card". I need this to work because my plan changed today and I need an electronic version of my card until the physical one arrives via post (potentially weeks away).a) It doesn't show the front or back of the card correctly and is completely unusable. Text is wrapped around on the front of the card, and the majority of the text is completely truncated on the back of the card where all the membership details are listed.b) Once viewing the front or back of the card, I can swipe left & right to change the view but it is impossible to go back to your app's main dashboard. There is no back button or X displayed. The only way out is to force-close the app, launch it & login again.

Great App, the registration process has been simplified and we can login successfully. The features are awesome, viewing all Benefits, Claims and being able to navigated to the nearest hospital on the network list.
