I hate to love this app
I’ve had this app for a while now and i can’t say I’ve experienced any issues or problems on the app. I’ve submitted my slips and they went through perfectly, however now recently literally after I sent an email to them my app started acting up, telling me there’s no internet available or I need to upgrade also my other issue is with the cash withdrawal, lol, I’ve been sending emails and direct messages to which I never got assistance. I requested a cash back in April and I was told it would be reflected on my account the next day, then I realised it didn’t reflect the next day, I then decided to wait and see, after a week I sent them an email questioning my cash back withdrawal they then told me it would take a further 10 working days for the status on the app to change from “under audit”, to this day the status on the app keeps saying “under audit” (August). I’ve sent countless emails and now I’m tired, I just wanna cash out bathong ba Modimo 😕

Some hiccups
I really like the concept of the app and have tried to specifically buy items on offer. However, the process of selecting items is laborious. Only a certain amount load at a time when you scroll down. It would be easier if you could search for specific items by typing them in. When you select the till slip to put under booked you sometimes get 5 “vouchers” but you can’t upload different till slips one after the other you have to wait until the slip has been reviewed. It has by then also disappeared from your booked list because you only have 48hrs to use it. Overall, if used correctly, you can definitely save some money. Every bit helps.

My experience has been ok but recently when I tried to open the app it said ‘upgrade’ then I clicked on the button and it said I’m not connected to the internet when I was 🤦🏽. Right now I’m on the App Store but the app just says ‘open’ and not ‘upgrade’ so I click on the ‘open’ button and it says the same story about the internet connection. I had to then revert to using the website.
Also, I don’t like that some offers are rejected coz maybe the store describes the product a certain way on the slip. Sometimes they don’t mention the brand name just product only or use some abbreviation thats not clear. Like how’s that my fault ? 🤷🏽♀️ Makes me feel like some shops do this deliberately so we don’t get the savings
