Starbucks South Africa 4+

I’ve been doing most of my work at Starbucks an I just got this app just this year all of those years of my morning coffee that followed with hard work I’ve loved the coffee an other beverages at Starbucks it’s a perfect place for business meetings a place Where can read a book or study. You don’t believe me just go sit there get a cup of coffee.

I have re-download the app countless times. Your app had down time 2 weeks ago, and I’ve not been able to to sign into it. I can’t only sign in through your site. But that is ridiculous, I’ve updated to the latest iOS and the app is up to date. I’m losing days with to use my rewards. The replies from your customer service via email has been lack lustre. I don’t want to use the website as it’s not as intuitive as your app. Please look into this as people’s rewards are expiring.

I would describe the Starbucks App as functional. It would be great if the rewards were sorted by ascending expiry date. It would also be awesome if I could transfer money into my friends account directly instead of via email voucher. I would have loved to use one app across countries. And to top it off, I’d love the ability to use my free drink/food vouchers internationally. I appreciate the app - there’s room for functional flexibility.
