App needs some refining

Hello, congratulations on the merger!
I just wanted ask if you will be adding some of the super helpful and user friendly features spree had on their app (like the other colours an item is available in, styles you may like and customers also bought). Now that you have such wide range of stock, these things will make for a much better, cleaner and more efficient online shopping experience. (Also note the similar items feature that’s currently on Superbalist doesn’t give similar items at all - maybe it’s a bug?). Also it would be lovely to have more accurate and detailed product info on the items - currently, its quite inconsistent with some clothing items not stating the fabric/material or items having incorrect info etc.
You guys are great and I have had really great service experiences!
I’m sure you are still adjusting to the merger, so all the best in your future plans x

Product review incentives needed

I love the app! But what it really lacks is reviews on the products.

A good review is what would really sell a product for me, or just help me make a more confident decision on an order. If someone says a dress sits a little bigger, I’ll be more sure of my decision to go a size down, and make the purchase. But barely any of Superbalist’s products have reviews, which often leads me to abandon a potential purchase.

I suggest some kind of reward system for those who go back after purchasing a product, to review it. Something in line with ZAFUL (they have a point system).

Reviews really make a big difference from a consumer’s perspective, so it will be a great help if you try and encourage it! (In whichever way you deem suitable)

I returned goods to Spree in May 2018. Despite the app status showing they received the goods and undergoing quality control, to day I have not received my refund. Spree initially lied that I got my refund in June 2018. After numerous calls they admitted that it still needs to be paid. I think they wasted time since they knew they were merging with Superbalist. I have lost thousands of rands since I didn’t get my refunds and I also lost R800 of store credit from Spree. It’s best to buy from a store at the mall where you can speak face to face and demand action. With these types of stores you constantly speaking to different people making promises but nothing gets done.
