App needs some refining

Hello, congratulations on the merger!
I just wanted ask if you will be adding some of the super helpful and user friendly features spree had on their app (like the other colours an item is available in, styles you may like and customers also bought). Now that you have such wide range of stock, these things will make for a much better, cleaner and more efficient online shopping experience. (Also note the similar items feature that’s currently on Superbalist doesn’t give similar items at all - maybe it’s a bug?). Also it would be lovely to have more accurate and detailed product info on the items - currently, its quite inconsistent with some clothing items not stating the fabric/material or items having incorrect info etc.
You guys are great and I have had really great service experiences!
I’m sure you are still adjusting to the merger, so all the best in your future plans x

Refreshingly good

I’ve been a Superbalist customer for years, and after seeing the new app I thought that I should actually write a review, cause they’re just refreshingly good at everything that they do.

Literally the best online shopping experience ever - I’ve reached the point where I hate going to the mall to buy stuff. I love the products, and customer services are on the ball if something goes wrong.

I really like the new look and flows of the app - clean, fresh, fast. Keep up the good work guys, and please keep taking my money :)

Terrible customer service.

I purchased Birkenstocks a few weeks ago , It arrived while i was away. I came home , fitted it on and immediately logged an exchange as the shoe did not fit. Then i get a response saying that the shoes arrived “dirty” !! I have never worn these and just because i didnt take a picture before sending it back ( Since when is this a normal thing that is done ? I dont take a picture of every little thing ) long story short this terrible company is now sending me back DIRTY SHOES that i did not send to them . Without giving me a bigger size as needed or a refund ? What am i going to do with shoes that are too small AND dirty ?? These shoes are over R1000. I am going to be extremely vocal about this matter until it is resolved correctly!!
