SuperSport Schools 4+

This app design is not on par. The search functionality is very poor and it is a struggle to get the game you are looking for. The app should also be made available for installation on smart tv's. And also no casting ability in the app. I don't understand the logic to block smart tv viewership. I am very grateful to get access to schools rugby. However the user experience hasn't been taken into consideration with the design of the app.

The app is extremely hard to use, if you are trying to find games prior from 2 weeks they just don’t show up in the feed. Even when you are still in the video availability time span it is still extremely hard to search up without using a link. In some cases even though you type the exact match name it doesn’t show up. To summarise, finding the games specifically is the main issue is the search feature. Overall terrible app if your a player, parent or friend trying to finds games, clips of someone else or yourself playing.👎🏾

This is quite possibly the app with the worst design that I have ever experienced. It’s great to be able to watch your kids play, but that means you have to find the game first! The search function does not work AT ALL! For a company which has a streaming app like Showmax, which relies heavily on search functions, I cannot believe the garbage they have thrown at us here. If you don’t have a link from someone else, you basically have to scroll through every school AND every sport most times. And past games are almost impossible to find. WAKE UP Multichoice.
