More sharing?

I genuinely enjoy using this application, and made use of it extensively until I switched to a new device. I would like to suggest that you make it possible for more than one email address or profile to link to a smart card (subscription), perhaps 4 different profiles (as you have the device limit) to allow for family sharing and viewing on different devices. I have recently been having trouble since I have started using a new device, even though I have been using the same credentials as I have used previously on my old device. Why can you simply not link up to 4 email addresses or profiles to one subscription, and simply just have a main account that cannot be deleted for example. Having to ask another family member for their sign in details to access my favorite shows when I did not have to do so previously does not make sense. Please fix this.

Streaming Issues

After the brilliant plan from DSTv to reduce the streaming devices, there has consistently been issues. Many complaints on Twitter and the internet and still it persists. Channels disappear and “streaming limit” as been reached although I am the only device. One article said it is only with older tvs, well it is happening on my iPhone 13 as well. Useless! Part 2 - Your advice helps absolutely nothing. I have even factory reset my tv as per the instructions from the chat team. NOTHING. Maybe we should start a national boycott about this, maybe then you will try to do something. Money talks I guess! Part 3 - Which part of I have tried everything suggested by DSTV is not really understandable?! Your suggestions do not work! Part 4 - Apparently your understanding of everything said above is of the same quality as your streaming issue, nowhere! The live chat is absolutely useless, and nothing I do on my side will resolve it. The issue is on your side, go read all the Hello Peter, Twitter, etc. complaints. We all have the same problem and all DSTV can say is log in and out, live chat to us, restart your device and the list goes on. Funny how so many people can have the same issue consistently even though they have tried all your suggested methods to fix the problem.

I have experienced too many problems!
You indicate the programs to play, then I experience the right show details, but the wrong program, the wrong show details, but the right program, the program that starts, at the right time but finishes at the wrong time, the program that starts, at the wrong time but finishes at the right time, the packages not adaptable to choose what you like and don’t like and being able to save in not paying for channels not within your culture, not what you choose, also not providing a decoder with a ultra large hard drive 4 x 110 hours capacity as 110 hours is too small especially since people don’t have a lot of time to watch programs in allotted time slots, but being able to record it will be provide lots of joy as you are able to watch in your own time and especially as you can’t stream everything that you pay for on DSTV, thus a major nuisance to many subscribers and your packages are exorbitantly expensive especially between the various packages in relation to channels broadcasted and in terms of competitive products in our Market, a reason many subscribers ended their DSTV subscriptions. You either change for the better or your decisions will change you for the worse.
