App whites Out and crashes
I usually never review apps, but honestly this has been the worst app release of all time. The app keeps going to white screens then nothing happens.
Spin the wheel doesn’t function
Half the Navigation menus don’t function or freeze or the app just bombs out.
Like I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would be fix updated the app today. All the same bugs exists, so clearly they haven’t fixed anything.
Old app was easier to do things on even if it was dated, this new app definitely wasn’t tested thoroughly enough or even on a vast array of devices in the real world, a lot of these bugs could have been avoided.
New isn’t always better!!
App is malfunctioning

I don’t mind the new app but it’s not working, its got so much error It’s refusing for me to manage my own account I have been trying to make use of this option but it keeps kicking me out. I don’t know how am I supposed to make use of the main function when the main function refuses to work. Dstv do something about your app…
Not for iPad
The old app was beautifully suited to an iPad. The new app is just a phone app which looks terrible and functions badly on an iPad - which is my preferred device for managing my accounts.
This forced update is a major step backward. It feels like DStv is still living in a world that no longer exists…
