Not recording full game

How can you not be able to save the full rugby match between the Springboks and Argentina under my recordings? You really just don’t seem to care about all the poor ratings you get. DSTV makes too much money off of premium subscriptions and just don’t seem to care about the quality of their streaming service. Shocking!

At the moment, not all live sports events (like rugby) are available in full for recording due to content rights and technical limitations. 100 ways to make payment. Not one to log a complaint or snag. Try and connect your holiday home via the app, end up having to phone in. Try and disconnect your holiday home and again you have to phone. If it’s after 8 in the evening, no response and you get charged for the next day. Pathetic!!

Still not fixed Holiday Viewing

Its unacceptable that you guys have still lot fixed the holiday viewing issues. You try turn on but amount of days don’t save. Then it says oops error. Then you have to go onto webpage to accept quote which is just hanging in the middle of nowhere. You guys really don’t know what you are doing

It is the most useless apps I have ever seen. The instruction video shows you how to press the function button, but it does not tell you where to find the button. I am quite sure that I know how to press the button, if I can only find it. To see the video on where to find the app, you must first fownload the app. Duh…
