Really good service
The delivery service is absolutely brilliant, I received my order the same day with no issues. The only reason for 4 star rating is because I feel the search functionality of the app could be better.
Update, I ordered dog food and bravecto on Monday a public holiday.. I expected my delivery maybe the next day but I wasn't in a rush. My food order arrived same day... Again! Due to developer response and this continued service excellence I have to give 5 stars

Great service but app needs work
Honestly I love this service. It’s such a good initiative and the staff are quick to respond when you need support. I love how you can wish list items by pet and the various great specials. Definitely something I would recommend and will be using myself.
There are however, some glaring issues with the app that bother me.
1. It’s slow. It often freezes or lags and hangs.
2. The UX is terrible. From buttons that are greyed out while still being enabled. To buttons overlapping the sides of pop ups and modals. The worst one I have seen so far. You can’t even view your cart without first adding your delivery details. You can’t click out of pop ups either and the navigation will just layer page upon page upon page without closing previous pages. Meaning the back button will need to be pressed 10 times if you have been exploring for a while. This also contributes even more to the app being slow.
Overall it looks like an app that just released as a POC. I expect better from something that has been around for a few years.
Pathetic service When good businesses go bad -
Used them 3 or 4 times and was impressed with their service. On this last occasion they missed their delivery commitment, no communication - had to chase up via their chat function on the app.
Told that the product was out of stock, and then it became process of pulling teeth. They kept making it my problem to find an alternative, all I really needed them to do was to provide options, instead the chat operator…who I suspect is the owner became rude, obnoxious and basically created friction.
All they had to do was apologise and provide an alternate solution, instead they made it a showdown and promised to review them on all available platforms - which I am now doing!
