No 1 getting back to me
I left a email to customers services but no reply. So im just getting points on a card that i cant use?

The app is a great way to keep track of points and specials. Can simply use your cell number to receive points on your transactions. No need for another card.
Cannot sign-up and cannot sign-in
Cannot sign-up as the app takes long to confirm my sign-up. When I try to sign-in it says the account is not active. I cannot re-register using to USSD as I get a message saying that the number has been used already but I do not have an account.
