No problems so far...
Downloaded app at 11am and it was fully installed and functional a few minutes later. I am using an newer iPhone with a current OS.
My rating reflects it’s install-abilty and the ease of seeing my information. I have no idea what will happen if I need to make a claim but it’s good to have all this info readily accessible.
Connectivity issues where Chubb server is down during sessions
Chubb server is responding that it can not retrieve information due to possible internet connectivity issues(!) but if there were connectivity issues, it the server would not be able to be contacted nor reply with error messages. My device is connecting to other addresses on the web.
Lousy website
Your website is old and clunky, VERY slow, failed multiple times trying to do the simplest of tasks, wasting my time. Very inferior.
