* Evergreen PURE360™: Our digital home inspection report provides a constant source of information for members to better understand the “health” of their homes and other potential risks as they approach. Through customized alerts, members will be informed when systems in their home (i.e. water heater) are near the end of their useful life or are recalled, helping to reduce the chance of a claim.

* PURE Advice Dashboard: Amplifying the best advice of your independent advisors, the PURE Advice Dashboard is a personalized tool, using insights from our experience and data, to identify coverage gaps and policy savings opportunities to help members make more informed decisions about their insurance.

* PURE Home Spotlight: Leveraging our massive data library, PURE Home Spotlight gives members access to important risk information on homes for sale including historical details on construction permits, prior insurance claims, property-specific risks like flood and wildfire, and an early indication of its insurability with PURE.

* Subscriber Savings Account (SSA): As a member-owned (policyholder-owned) insurance company, PURE may allocate a portion of its total capital to individual members through SSAs. Since inception, PURE has allocated over $100M back to the membership. After 10 years, members begin to receive cash distributions from these accounts (That’s PURE Gold!). Based on the success of the year, we anticipate payments up to 20% of their SSA balance.

Member privileges make app special

I find that the self service features of this app make transacting with PURE really easy (accessing auto ID cards, paying my bills, etc) but it’s the member privileges that really set PURE apart. When I was stranded in the side of the road, PURE’s roadside assistance feature got me out of trouble. PURE’s Art Spotlight has come in handy when shopping unfamiliar artists. I also like the home buying report.

Trying to pay my bill online through the app and it won’t allow it. It’s telling me I need to pay more than my most recent invoice. It’s not clear why that would be. I’m not sure that PURE is going to be the right company for me.I have reservations about a company that can’t process an online payment being able to appropriately process a claim. Then again maybe I’m in the wrong demographic. Perhaps they’re looking for people who are more comfortable in the paper-based world. From other reviews I suspect I will get a response of a link to follow up to try to clarify this issue. Please don’t send me that. That is unhelpful. What I really want is the app to be able to function the way it should in the first place.

Won’t load - I think it’s fixed

I called customer support who kicked it up to somebody. After a few days I tried again and this time I was instructed to change my password so updates /fixes could populate - it worked !
Haven’t tested everything but so far my data seems to be correct

Have tried for days to get the app to load my data. customer support assured me it would load after Its launched several times Still nothing - all blank
