No problems so far...
Downloaded app at 11am and it was fully installed and functional a few minutes later. I am using an newer iPhone with a current OS.
My rating reflects it’s install-abilty and the ease of seeing my information. I have no idea what will happen if I need to make a claim but it’s good to have all this info readily accessible.
Terrible scanning, uploading and processing
The scanner recorded the wrong VIN 5 times and the wrong mileage 3 times, could not upload the photos and lost all my inPut. There is no option to input info manually. Add to that, there is no technical support at The phone number one is told to call for help. That number only registers claims. This app should never have been launched in this condition. And I am an experienced photographer having over 50 YEARS with all sorts of cameras. My phone is the new Apple SE and has a great little camera for a nice small phone. The person who authorized the launch of this app should receive a reprimand in his employment records.
Problem with login
I have the latest version but get stuck in a loop after my second level verification and have to start over. I have reinstalled the app., rebooted my phone and done all the usual checks. My IOS version is the latest available (16.4). Until this is fixed, I’ll use the browser version with Safari (it works fine, but takes a little longer than a working mobile version would.
