They charged me money even though it said it was a free trial. Edit: Money got refunded thanks.

I was editing a picture on my phone app, and then when I was done editing it I tried saving the picture but a screen popped up in the app saying I’ll have to buy a premium subscription to save the picture I was editing and also an option of trying it for free for 7 days I tapped on free trial to see for myself for 7 days in what all ways it could be beneficial Keeping in mind the option of unsubscribing before the trial ends but instead of giving me a free trial money got deducted in setting up autopay, when the app asked me to setup autopay I set it up thinking no money will be deducted but instead when I set up autopay money got deducted a total of rupees 2400 including gst, I only wanted to try it for 7 days and not purchase a premium but in the name of autopay my money got deducted, I’m requesting a refund for the same since I do not want a premium, it’s expensive I’m a student I do not have any use of a premium subscription, I’ll be attaching some files that will make it clear that I only wanted to try the premium and not purchase a subscription, nowhere it was written that I’ll be charged 2400 rupees, as I only tapped on 7 days free trial I don’t get it how I got charged so much in the name of autopay, also I want the company to cancel my subscription and refund the money as soon as poss. My money got refunded thanks to the support and it was hassle free I just had to apply for a refund and it got refunded within a day.

Storage issues

What exactly is stored in the “documents and data” under PicsArt? I edit (adjust brightness,contrast,crop and add text) about 5 images and the storage used under documents and data shows 600MB! I have to constantly delete and install the app again to get rid of this excess storage the app is occupying. I don’t even save or post the projects to PicsArt! The App size is about 75MB and in a week I find the App occupies at least 1GB! This is the best photo editing app so I would still rate it a 5 but I need to know the reason for the app using so much space on my device.
