Sorry, I didn’t find where I can submit bugs in your system so I am reaching out in here. Will gladly change rating after it is fixed. How to reproduce:1) open Tatra Banka app2) go to Settings > app settings > run application in the background 2) set it to 2 min3) close the app, but don’t load it out of iPhone’s memory4) wait 3 min5) open back upHow it works now: you will be met with a login screen and a pop-up with “TatraBanka was closed due to inactivity” messageWhat is the issue with it: when I do what I need to do in app I usually don’t close it completely by offloading it from iPhone’s memory. Instead I just close it and go about my day. However, when I return 2 days later I need to deal with a pop-up first, and then tap login. That is one extra tap, that is not needed. I oped the app 2 days ago. It is ok that the app auto-logged me out. Thank you for your app otherwise. I don’t have any other issues and it is a 5 star app, but this pop-up is just constant. I wish it wasn’t there at all, but if it has to be there - please don’t make it show up if I left the app more then an hour ago or smth like that. Thanks

one of the best banking applications currently on the market, I hope that it will remain so because this bank will never disappoint. There is only one missing “thing” in the application, in my opinion it would be good to add something similar to 365 bank that if you have cents in your account, those "cents" will be collected in one amount and for example at 50 € they will be automatically added to your account amount.

It’s good banking app, one of the best on the market. What I don’t like about it is you see numbers everywhere. Like i am going to send a payment and once it’s finished, I had to go through seeing every single balance on each of my accounts. Which is really counteŕroeuctive. But as i said, good app

Application login problem

Very good looking application, but after a recent update I couldn't log in without physically coming to the bank and getting assistance. I am considering changing the bank, because this has happened many times. You cannot independently solve this problem so if you urgently beed to use the application it is not possible. No need for a beautiful UI when you simply cannot use the application.

In any case, you can record voice biometrics in the branch and for future contact with the bank you can call us on phone number Dialog Live service *1100 , where after voice verification you can activate application without visiting the branch.
