This app will 100% take your money and trying to get access to it will lead you down a rabbit hole of “go eff yourself” from any and all reps. Why did I have to drive 2 hours to AC to cash my voucher at the casino? Well you have 3 payment options on the app. One is a wire transfer available to paying members only, one is a withdrawal option that more than half of all debit/credit cards do not qualify for (plus, you have to deposit before you can withdraw any money first, so you’ll deposit money and then find out it’s not a valid card to withdraw from and be down however much you put in) and the last option is a check that requires a minimum balance of $1,000 to withdraw and send to you. Otherwise, your only option of getting your winnings is to travel to one of their few casinos (likely far from you), deal with their customer service reps, oh, and the emailed verification number for your voucher is garbage on site. You have to get separate confirmation codes and voucher totals in order to even withdraw at the location.Tl;dr: They will do anything to keep your money, make withdrawing a hassle, and honestly, just get a group of friends and bet on sports, dominos, or cards in private. I love this casino, and this app so much! The problem that they have so many ongoing issues and problems that I cannot get paid on my jackpot that I want! It completely takes the fun out of winning. It’s a shame that I can’t play because I’m afraid to have my money tied up for weeks. This last jackpot that I’ve won, I am still waiting on being paid because the game froze as I won the jackpot. I screenshot it to prove that I won the jackpot and sent it to customer support and I haven’t heard back from them yet. I wanted to love this app. BetMgM Casino in Detroit, Mi is absolutely amazing. That being said having these experiences I have had over the past week with your App makes me believe you must not be aware of what’s happening. So many times I have had “Glitch” or “bug” occur while betting and playing the slots. I’m sorry BetMGM but when 100’s of dollars of my hard earned money and my even more important personal time gets wasted because a “Glitch” is absolutely completely unacceptable. I know for a FACT. If I or anyone else had experienced these things while under your roof immediately a pit boss/floor manager would be called into action and “Comp” would be more than likely discussed. I do enjoy free spins this app has. Only reason why I have it an extra star. The other three missing stars are from things such as poor customer support, crashing/bugs/freezing, and lastly is rtp. I has a $2 bonus for lucky taps pirates and ended up winning $126. Kicker was that I had to wager $20 in order to cash out…which I did. And not even to my surprise my wager wasn’t counted for. I contacted support for the issue and they removed previous promos and activate the desired promo ($20 wager) to cash out. I then played some more and still wasn’t being counted for wager requirements. Sent an email with details and they’ve never got back to me. Another instance was I rolled double 0’s for cash machine on a $10 bet and before I could see the other two slots be finished rolling I got logged out due to location verification…after they’ve already logged me out due to location verification 5 minutes prior on another game. I waited an hour in customer support just for them to request more info. I sent the info and they’ve never still never got back to me. Lastly is the quality, upon opening the promo tab I get about two swiped until the app freezes and is inoperable. Leaving me to restart the app and not have any promos and bonuses added to my account. I’ve missed out on 2 25 free spin bonuses and $12 in casino bonuses.
