I have used other apps from big names but nothing compares to Fresha! Fresha has completely changed the way I do business! It is simple to use and its graphics are AMAZING! Fresha helps me save money as I can promote my business on the Marketplace without paying any extra fees for Marketing. My clients can book online through Fresha app and they can manage their own bookings without having to call me each time. Not only that saves me money, but it also saves me and my clients a LOT of time which means I can dedicate more time to do what I love the most and to spend more time with clients when they come to me. My clients simply LOVE IT so do I !!!❤️😍I highly recommend it to all salon owners worldwide! You will never regret it! 👍

No customer support available when needed. I had bought a gift card for myself birthday to use at the vendors listed in the app just to find out literally nowhere in this app accepts it?? Not only that- when I had purchased the gift card the app completely crashed and I had no access to that money even though I was charged and had to wait for my customer support email to be seen and responded to. So anxiety inducing. No clue why they would have a gift card option when it’s not even compatible with any of the service providers on the page. One of the vendors I had booked with refused to give me information and sent me to this app to book, so I did and waited for my appointment very excited and they canceled on me day of. It just seems all around this is a bad experience waiting to happen. Not convenient to navigate and again when you have questions or concerns there’s no support available.

We’re really sorry for the stress and frustration this caused. Fresha Gift Cards can only be redeemed at businesses with the 'Verified' tag. This information is shared before the gift card is purchased. App crashes and canceled appointments are not what we want for our users, and we’re working to improve stability and communication.
Basics not working, no support response

My provider uses this to manage bookings but the functionality has not improved but rather declined. The reminder texts used to include the link to my booking but it no longer does; she changed nothing on her side. In addition, on the client side, none of her services/prices show AT ALL in the “book now” section. I cannot book anything via the app with her, nor check cost of services. When I reached out to their support I got a response email asking for the details I included in the initial email. I responded with that info. I then got a second email two days later stating “since we haven’t heard from you…” I sent a THIRD email with screen shot showing I responded. I have now heard nothing more.My provider pays (and I indirectly pay) for this app that doesn’t work. Not her fault; they don’t provide support to her neither. (She suggested the support email in the first place since they’ve been so unresponsive to her)
