I love this game! I always play the Hidden Object games - never the Match 3. PS: I hate the ‘spot the difference’ games! You have got to get rid of some of these spot the difference games they’re driving me mad!Update: just a couple of criticisms: I rarely play the match three games ~only if I can’t avoid it, but I’m constantly getting bonuses for the match three games and I never use them. Maybe there could be a choice between what kind of bonus you get? Also, when I play the hunt the treasure games they’re always changed to the dark mode-all of them! And it really spoils the game because I hate the dark mode, and I noticed that other people don’t seem to play it as much either when I look at the results. I guess the bottom line is, my suggestion would be give us more options for the different modes of the game, such as being able to choose between spot the difference and kindred spirit for example, and between the match three and the hidden object games ~I think this would improve the game. Thank you for listening.*** seems as if lately they’re making the game more difficult, especially in the more advanced levels. It’s almost impossible to complete some of these levels without buying a lot of bonuses. It’s actually spoiling the game for me because I don’t spend a lot of money on games. I wish they would put it back to the way it was before.

I’ve been playing this game a lot for months now. The choice of hidden-object or match-3 is an attractive feature. The art is consistently excellent, as are the stories that advance the game. The in-game economy is quite complex (where you need to earn items in one area to gain access to another). A number of other reviews claim that the player must spend real-world money to buy crystals, and that these are essential to advance. This is absolutely not true. The game gives beginning players lots of crystals, but they become more scarce as the player progresses in skill. The game is VERY challenging at higher levels but is still possible to play for free. I have made only one small in-app purchase of a few dollars and am still progressing, but you can expect to need to develop your skills. I want to praise the developer for its responsiveness. I found one genuine bug, a single hidden object that could not be successfully found, and I reported it. In less than 2 days, the developer responded that they had confirmed the bug and would correct it in the next update, and sent a workaround that would allow me to keep playing until the fix was applied. Exemplary!

The graphics and vocabulary used are great. The game is creative and challenging, but it is truly cost prohibitive once you really get into the game. And what is the use of earning gold coins? You can’t buy rubies with them, and you can only earn rubies very, very sparingly. It’s the rubies that you need to use to buy the devices you need to help you along the way. It is for these reasons that I downgraded the gaming experience, am contemplating deleting the game altogether, and have not mentioned it to friends. I need certain assemblers but can’t earn them even though I win the game. I do spend money on this game but come on be fair. Please consider making it plausible to earn assemblers without having to MOSTLY use crystals. UPDATE. I just recently deleted the game even though I enjoyed it. I simply can’t justify spending that much money on a game. Perhaps you might consider making things more reasonable to buy. Best of luck. Update...The bottom line is to make the game more affordable for a wider range of players especially during this long drawn out pandemic. Actually, I can’t see that you have changed that many things that were in need of it. It is for this reason that I haven’t suggested it to friends. Sorry. Please make it easier to use gold coins to buy crystals as well as our own money. Also, let us use gold coins to buy tools etc. Please think about it. Thank you.

There are also many ways to get extras that can help you progress further. The game has many quests with crystals among rewards, make sure to complete them all! Additionally, we would like to mention that you can use coins to purchase certain items in the in-game Store and unlock new locations. We are trying to keep the game balanced, and we will continue to improve it.

I enjoy the game quite a bit and also play other 5G games. I do have some frustrations, however. Coins- should be used as monetary value: purchase items versus having to buy crystals. Yes I understand that when we buy crystals, 5G has other income, however, the collected the over 1 million coins I have have no value. I also think in lieu of or in concert with, coins payment for “unlimited play time” would be great! Say 5 thousand coins for 60 minutes of play time. You have talismans that allow us to collect large amounts of coins, however, nothing to spend them on. Next - when “free play time” is won during the “ special book/chest” time, the back and forth between choosing, moving to “ get” the investigator and back again the “ free time” clock is running, taking away from play time. This seems a bit unfair. The list of “collection items” on the left of the play screen should automatically populate to the book opening, Please. Players should not have to choose from the list, just let us go the book, pick place and see what we are trying to find. Instructions are needed on how to set up Wish List. I have been playing for over 3 years and I still don’t know how to do this. Syncing with other devices with my 5G player account- Not easily done and anytime there is an update on either 5G end or phone end the syncing goes away and doesn’t come back sometimes. Instructions for ease of use would be great! WHY did the ability to chose the mode for finding object go away? I appreciate the chance to share my thoughts truly. I have no defined expectations for any changes, just appreciate being able to share thoughts. Thank you Mimi
