I am currently paying approximately $350 a month for my Direct TV services. We very seldom watch any movies that require additional fees and never use anything like games or other items that have extra fees. The only exception is the sports packages. Like your other customers I don’t want to pay twice for football or basketball games that are part of the sports programs already part of my $350 monthly subscription.The programming won’t accept my email address and or password. That system is VERY confusing when you have a separate but inclusive account and password for the AT&T account. For the very expensive monthly fee your company is currently charging your customers, I would expect a lot easier system to have access to the channels I am already paying for. Your company can do much better for your customers than the very confusing and complex system that is currently in place.

Have tried several times to subscribe, each time I sign in it tells me I don’t have any current subscriptions. iTunes shows an active subscription and the dates paid. I emailed Big Ten Plus once again this month, due to the same message. No active subscription, yet they’ve withdrawn the money from my account. Finally, an honest response, Big Ten Plus does NOT synch with ITunes. Why are they continuing to collect money from us? Big Ten told me I’d have to try to get my money back through Apple…I guess we’re back to passing the buck. This needs to stop!!! Remove the App from ITunes, you’ve said it does not synch, stop taking money from the fans until you can provide the service you’re advertising.

I would give this a negative review if I could.. Paid for subscription and I cannot access even though it says I’m logged in. I go to an event and says I must subscribe. Do that and app tells me I’m already subscribed. So try to use the virtual assistant and that tells me that I need to login even though I already am. Try to find a customer support phone number and none is listed throughout their site. Worst app in the history of apps. You’d think as big and mighty as they think they are they would at least have a customer support number. My guess is they get so many calls they can’t keep up so they just take your money and buy more athletes.

We have no choice but to use this app, but it is ridiculous in so many ways- I honestly can't believe we have to pay money for it. We mostly use this for Nebraska volleyball when we can't get the matches steamed by Nebraska Public Media, which does an amazing job, I might add. A far cry from this atrocity. Why can't you do better? Any kind of time out or anything away from the game we sit in the stands at the very top-in silence. Warm ups- in the stands. Introductions- in the stands. Don't try to rewind or move forward by even 10 sec or you will either start the game over or freeze. Honestly, the list goes on, but I'm over thinking about it. I wish you would do better n
