“Great work. Transparency from the Developer. iOS brilliant to work with. A lot of thought has gone into this application. If your using this application for your business or work it’s fee is justified. I have recommended this software to all my colleagues. Google does have fees for using their servers. Thank you.” – joe9_group

Once great app, developers dont understand their customers
Hawkeyefanjustin
I’m a commercial delivery contractor as are probably most of the people using this app to route out delivery stops. The app does a decent job of routing but i enter approximately 23-25 stops in a day and it doesn’t always give you the fastest route (which in my opinion should be the whole point) without tweeking the order a little to get the fastest time, well the developer has limited the number of times you can optimize the route which clearly shows they dont understand how this app is being used to get the fastest route. If I wanted to back track and make circles I would just guess myself to start with but once you see the route mapped you can always see a few tweaks on the app screen to improve time and reoptimizing with corrections lets you compare. So either fix the app to give actual give the most effective route or take the stupid limit off, its the only work around for a flawed app. BUT EVEN MORE ANNOYING IS deleting completed stops and reoptimizing the remaining ones is the only way to see how much time there is remaining to finish the route. This is where I think the developers completely dont understand their customers, how their customers use the app and WHY WE REFRESH SO MUCH. I need to know if I’m on track to finish on time and get me stops off and refreshing is the only way. If they put a extra stat next to the distance and time to the next stop that said the total time remaining to finish the route it would eliminate this. Also the feature from the previous update that lets you mark off the ones you have done but doesn’t let update the time is worthless and annoying, whoever thought it up completely has no clue as to how this app is used. This app is a powerful tool but they seem to think we just want an initial routing and no need to update that with an added stop, to figure out a better time, to reroute for a timed stop or to figure out if we are on time, optimizing the remaining stops does all that. Just making it so we can optimize the initial data removing completed stops to see time to complete without going online would be probably cut down on reoptimizing using their servers a ton. Once great app in decline, hope they get their heads out of their rears

Hi! Thanks for the input. We’ve received a few comments like yours since launching Route 3.2 and they all inform how we make the next changes. For example, in 3.2.1 we fixed the Keep Route Order functionality which was one of the reasons optimize was over used. As for the estimated arrival time and time remaining feature you are requesting, I’ll see what I can do about it.
Best Friends
I deliver
First day using the app and it seemed ok but I had about 8 stops in one community and it brought me in and out about 3 times. For some reason it took me out to do a delivery then back in for 2 more deliveries then out for 2, then back in. Me and the security guard became best friends in 1 day I saw him so much. I never had an app make that mistake more than once at the same place. Please update that. Another thing was when I optimized my route and I had non corresponding numbers all down the page. That throws me off and I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to skip around or do the stops in order as they were. It said 42, 6, 19, 4, 48...etc... That makes no sense to tell me numbers on the side if that’s not the order I should drive the route. Please make it simple and put the numbers in order as people count...1,2,3,4,5... I don’t get that part at all numbers out of order. Please fix. I’ll update as I try the app out a little more... N shout to my boyy the security guard at the lumber yard...lol

Hi! First, if you want ordered numbers turn Reset Destination Numbers on before calculating the optimal route. If is off by default because some people write the numbers on their packages and don’t want them to change. Second, please send us an example of the back and forth with sample addresses at support@getroute.co and we’ll investigate.
Good but limited to 5 routes daily
Wootieli
This app was initially good in almost every way. I tried the free version and liked it. But every time I calculated a route, I got a message saying * optimizations left for today (* = between 1-4). So you are allowed to calculate a route a total of 5 times daily. So I purchased a subscription believing this limitation would be removed. Not so! Even with paid version you are allowed to calculate a route only five times daily. When I’m scheduling my home health patient schedule, it could change more times than that before it is finalized with people cancelling or asking to be moved. Also, I calculated my route, forgot to ask it to loop me back home so when I clicked to loop, that counted as an optimization. Then, I needed to add a stop, another optimization, BUT, it then defaulted back to unlooped. So when I clicked loop again, you guessed it, another optimization. That alone used up my ability to use this app for that day. Wouldn’t even allow me to manually route my addresses. Not a functional app at all when it works like this.

We've updated the app substantially since your review, please give it a try again!
Great app but needs a few more features.
kmfs420
I’ve been using the app for about 2 weeks now and I am in love with it. I transferred over from Road Warrior and this app functions just the same. I like how I can color coordinate my stops, it really helps to know what you’re looking for with 160+ stops. I would like to see in the future that when you edit the color and all that you could add notes. I have apartment complexes and neighborhoods that use unit numbers versus separate addresses. Adding that to your stop notes make a big difference rather than having to pull out my bulky scanner. Lastly a game changer in my opinion on this app would be a satellite view option. It’s just a little thing I prefer it had, I recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a new routing app. Sincerely,Ontrac Driver
