All in all, this app has come a long way since first using it about 5 years ago, mostly in beefing up the compatability with the Apple Watch. I couldn’t play a round without my watch now, as entering scoring stats like putts, shot accuracy, penalties, etc directly on the watch after each hole is second nature and a practical way to keep your score. Some features have their issues and are a work in progress (group scorecard scoring sync, putting maps load times, club shot selection list not including a hybrid for some reason, and the newest watch shot tracking feature which I’ve been waiting for with excitement), but they are comparatively minor to the overall experience and usability. As they keep packing new and useful features in, it’s understandable some of them will have kinks but those that do are usually always improved and fixed over subsequent updates. Not to mention, every new feature continues to increase the value you get with what the Pro version costs, which by my estimation is the most value-priced Pro tier offering of any other similar golf tracker app available. If you’re serious about tracking your stats and finding ways to improve your game, not to mention to social features, I recommend this app over any others. I’ll continue to send the developers the feedback/tech support emails as well, they typically answer them promptly so you know they see your feedback and strive to fix whatever it is. 5 stars as it stands now, with room to get even better!

It’s a small team that’s putting in the hard work on the app, so you may have to expect a delay in response times to support. To their credit - the team fixed all my issues below and I’m now fully up and running with the new Pro membership 👍🏼Original review: Do not use this app right now - major bugs and problems after their January update. I paid for their “Pro” membership and the app doesn’t recognize my status, despite the fact the App Store already processed payment against my credit card. Emailed support multiple times (including a copy of my payment receipt) and no response for 10 days. Tried deleting / reinstalling multiple times to no avail, too. Great tool that I’ve used for two years to track stats... but do not use this app or pay for any subscriptions until they fix it.

I’ve been trying different apps and just like ever other app this one has its pros and cons. The GHIN integration is very good. However, it automatically uploaded my score which I did not like as I prefer to manually enter mine with the advanced stats just to be sure it’s correct. The watch GUI is really good. The course I played today didn’t have green maps, but some other apps do have green maps for this course, so I wish I was able to try that out. Unless I’m mistaken, it does not give me club recommendations like other apps, even after I entered all my clubs and distances to the app. I wonder why they even have that if they’re not going to suggest clubs? Also, it does not seem to have adjusted yardages like some other apps, which you may or may not like. I’m not the biggest fan of manually tracking shots, and other apps can automatically track them. The UI to track shots is nice though. The social aspects look like they would be really great if you have a big group, but I don’t have a lot of friends that golf, so it’s not that important to me. At this time, I don’t think it will be replacing my usual app. But I think it’s super polished and would be great for the right person, just not me. It’s unfortunate that there isn’t an app that has everything I want lol there’s always a tradeoff.

This is a great app, but due to restrictions for me it is not usable. The customer service and response is the best I have experienced with any app. I purchased the premium membership to use the app to track wagers. The app will let you set the handicap for guests but not your individual handicap. While I understand it tracks and keeps an accurate handicap, I play in several groups/clubs that will only use the club play for club handicap. While I record all my rounds my actual handicap may not be the same as a particular club I am playing with albeit higher or lower. Because there is no way for me to adjust my handicap for wager tracking only while playing a club match, I am unable to use the app.Follow-Up: As mentioned the customer service is fabulous, and they are very responsive, they even followed up on my review. The suggestion to change the slope of the course in the app does not address the issue at hand. While it will adjust my handicap artificially for that round, it would also adjust all the other players in the contest. So the issue remains. Additionally if the slope is adjusted wouldn’t that incorrectly record that round for handicap record purposes. It would be ideal if the app allowed for a “gaming” handicap edit. I have several other apps that allow an “edit” of any individual handicap for the bet tracking portion. Thanks for the follow-up.
