We love this app but there are just a few things that would make a huge difference in improvement. One thing is this app is not shareable between devices. For example, I have my phone and my husbands phone but we don’t have all the same characters because the apps are totally separate to our devices. It would be really nice to be able to share the account over multiple devices. Sometimes I might be out of town and it is so disappointing to my kids if I forget to hit the brush button for them because even though they brushed at home with dad it didn’t count toward their special “streak” reward on my phone. They LOVE the “streak” reward and getting “extra” stickers. Sometimes they brush and I have not been with them with the app and even if I change the calendar to give them credit for brushing it doesn’t keep their “streak” going. Other than those few things they absolutely love this app. They love the features in the background they can click on, the music, the stickers, the characters, the “streak” rewards and seeing their progress. It’s been great for our family in so many ways it would just be nice if they could make at minimum the account shareable over multiple devices at least for the parents’ sake. Thanks!

A few months ago I decided to download this app for my twin toddlers since teeth brushing time was always an issue. The app worked awesome! My kids loved it and actually looked forward to brushing their teeth. I recommended it to all of my friends. My husband downloaded it too so each kid could brush at the same time and pick their own character. After an update, my husband lost all the characters and everything was locked except Mickey. Luckily I still had everything so it wasn’t that big of a deal, they just took turns. However, often the app wouldn’t even load which resulted in teeth brushing protests. A few updates later, I lost all the characters too and everything was locked except Mickey which didn’t go over very well with my 4 year old daughter that was looking forward to Minnie that night.We even went through all the work to scan purchased items to unlock characters to appease our disappointed kids only to find everything gone again the following day - including my sons whole profile.With all the crashes and now losing all the characters, my kids don’t even want to use the app anymore. Such a bummer. We really loved the app but it’s not a lot of fun to keep having to recreate profiles and unlock things over and over again. Please fix this and give us all of our characters back. If it started that way it would have been fine but you can’t just take everything away when it was already there. My kids were so disappointed :(

I’ve been using this app for about 2 years. I have an iPhone 8. I’ve gone through frustration because I thought they had Winnie the Pooh characters, problems with long load times and scanning issues in the past. Now with this new update, the character selection screen is a lot better. They’ve added a new screen that lets you see how many times your child has brushed in 7 days and also 30 days. That’s only useful if you’re using the timer every time they brush (which we do brush, but don’t necessarily use the timer each time). I’m also happy to report that the long load times have disappeared. I’m still frustrated over the poor scanning feature. I’ve been trying to scan Cinderella for almost a year and still can’t get her to come up. I’m not willing to pay to unlock a character if I have the toothbrush right in front of me. I’ve also noticed recently that the sound has disappeared. I have to go into my child’s profile, hit the brush button and then pause when they get to the timer. Magically it turns on, but they miss the sound from the little video that plays before the timer starts so sometimes we have to go back to it. Please fix these issues. I like the app enough to use it each time, but these small issues make it difficult for me to want to use it every time.

We would normally be giving this app 5 stars. My kids love it and have been brushing their teeth with no fight now. It is super frustrating when we brush twice a day and the app doesn’t count it. We have lost our streaks multiple times in the last few weeks. For some reason it is keeping my sons streak alive with almost 220 days and all of my kids should be that way, but every 3-4 days it acts like they didn’t brush their teeth for the morning time ( which we all did) and then they lose their streak. Since we are supposed to be encouraging them and not getting them upset for losing progress. I thought that it was just me missing one in the group brushing, but after a few times of it just missing a brushing I know it’s the app and not me. When you go back and fix it, so they have brushed twice in the day it also doesn’t continue their streak, which causes kids to be upset. This really needs to be fixed, let the parents choose if they should continue with the streak or not. We have been using this app for years, but I am really thinking about finding something else.
