Withdrawal issues

Exness is a good broker. I have had an account with them for a while and have had very little to no issues whilst trading. But recently, for some reason I’ve been having several issues whenever I try and withdraw my profits. One of the withdrawals I made is still processing 9 days later and I haven’t received the payment. And every time I try and make new withdrawals, I always get some technical error right after I enter the OTP and my withdrawal attempt fails. It’s extremely annoying because there’s no issues whatsoever when it comes to depositing money so I’d expect the same thing when trying to withdraw money. And this is not only limited to the Exness mobile app, it also happens on the web browser too. After reading some other reviews I see I’m not the only one with this problem. Please fix the issue ASAP.Thank you.

This app is not for beginners for trading. Everything goes through fine when applying, verifying your account, verifying your identity. Until you want to withdraw your funds, it takes about 14 days for you to receive your funds . It is a useless service app for trading. I regret users it , if you want to delete your account on this app . You must send a email to the Exness customer service team, they will answer or respond to your after 14 days to . Everything thing in this app takes 14 days with what you want, but 30 minutes-2 hours when it want something 🙌🏾. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone who is trading

Unable to open app

I created an account with Exness about a year ago but I could never trade due to financial restraints. I downloaded the app yesterday with plans of getting back in there but I haven’t been able to open the app since yesterday. I thought maybe a problem occurred during the installation process so I uninstalled reinstalled the app again but still. I even rebooted my phone still to no avail. I just tried opening the app again right now but still, it doesn’t say anything, the app just exits on itself when I try opening it.
