Bad app

I tried to get in app but it gives error , contact the providers etc , few times contacted the Daman and no hope or no solution , the Thiqa Hayakom twice i talked to persons and they did mot want to even listen , kept telling me wait for two days , syatem is down , waited few days , same problem and I can not reset my password . Very frusterating does not deserve even one star, they asked me to delete and install the app , after 2 years still there is a problem .

To long to solve problems

Last year had same issue they kept me under my dad family number instead of mine , can’t renew my insurance can’t add my family member , last year it took them 3 weeks to solve this issue
Same issue this year when I entered the app to renew same issue under my dad family number can’t renew same story when ever I call them they be like it’s not in my hand I can raise the problem 3 weeks now problem didn’t solve
