Best Bank Service

I switched to ADCB because my friend recommended and it has been such a nice experience. ADCB hayyak is a great way to welcome new customers.
Unlike others you can easily connect to their customer service to get your concerns sorted and it’s zero balance account, security is top-notch. You get notified with OTP for everything and get a cheque book with the card.
Touchpoints are great rewarding program and the highlight is instant transfer!!

If i transfer money through other banks it would take one to three days time but ADCB has swift transfers which makes sending money to your family and friends so easy regardless of which bank they use.

Keep up the good work. I have recommended more people in my circle to use ADCB services.

You can’t even apply there

The application is designed in order to make application process to smooth and fast.

And it turned out to me that it’s neither smooth nor fast.

I’ve tried to apply about 20 (twenty) times, but I gave up in the end of all as the application form just doesn’t work properly.

Here are some facts:
1) It asks my Full Name at the very first step. The the text field in the form has very short characters limit. So it’s just not possible to write in long enough first and last name. Like mine.
Therefore, whatever I write there it won’t match my original documents just because of the app design flaw. I had to just type my first name to
process further assuming that I’ll be able to fix the issue on further steps somehow.
2) I checked that I’m self employed (as a company owner) and typed in my company name
3) After the passporr scanning the app says that my business name is wrong! And just don’t let me to pass further. I can’t go to the previous step to correct my business name if I really made a mistake there.
3) The fact is I actually didn’t make any mistake in the business name. It is shown on my EID, it is shown on the license. I typed it exactly as it is.

So, after that I had to wait uncertain time to start application again and try one more tome.

After two weeks and many useless attempts, I completely gave up.

Very disappointing expirience.

Awful Customer Service

Hi there. On May 16th I ordered the adcb hayyak card from app and i did not receive that card. On May 27th, I received a text message that my card was blocked and i call to your call centr, your operator told me it turned out that I needed to update my passport data,visa and whatevers. The next day I visited your brunch in the mall of emirates. Since then nobody called me. And i again called the call center, and after that operator told me to call delivery service and find out there. To the delivery service is not possible to get through. Awful. So many problems! I have not received a card yet. What will happen when I use? What more surprises can i expect ?! today is 26 of june and i still didn't get my card i visited your brunch 3 times already. so worst customer service
