Al Ain Water - Water Delivery 4+

I request to create one account in Alain application. The account is created but I could not use it in the application and for the last 10 days still have an issue and when calling the contact center they are telling me just 48 hours and I am waiting for last 10 days and nothing happened the company is good but the support is not satisfied and solving the issues ans I hope they are looking for customer satisfaction

One of the worse customer service ever. I wonder how this brand is still sustained. I have made an order through the application and did wait for four days.. no one called no one followed up and when i called to check on my order they told me that i placed my order through the wrong application. Even though the prodict was listed in this application!!! Fine if i dont call or i do not check that means you will sit still until the customer calls ?! What happens. Besides if the product is not available in this application why is the item listed for people to add it to their cart. And if there is minimum payment why this is not applied at check out. Please understand that you do provide one product (water) and you fail to create this experience for ur customers. If u cant handle online orders then just dont !!! And dont create a new application for each product. Yet you lr customer care agent in very cold blood asking me to cancel the order ! And amount will not even be refunded it goes to the account which i cant use !!! I really want to check with consumer rights if this is even allowed i just cant believe i got this treatment and this experience with you guys !!! Many errors here and many journeys and none was apologized for neither extra effort to attend to customers request ….. worse experience ever and never a returning customer neither recommending this brand

The App is very good. The weekly delievery are on time. But if u missed the weekly delievery and ask for additional supply, you cannot get it. They promised on call center to have the extra delievery within 24 hours and immediately send u an email that your request is resolved without actual supply. If you call them again you will get a polite answer again that u will get the supply in 24 hours. You have to wait till next weekly supply day. I used Alain for a many years because of extremely good quality of water but switching now to another company due to extremely bad customer service
