Good looking app, easy to use and the choice to pay online or cash on delivery. Two things to take care about... Date of delivery is not what you put, each area has it's own delivery day of the week, customer service should send email with delivery date in your area. Not everything you order will be delivered, one third of my order was not available according to delivery personal, customer service should inform customers if they can't deliver such items.
Service needs to be improved immediately
The rate is basically to the customer service and delivery, while the application works fine.
I was placing the order couple of times and the guy always delivered more than I have asked. Since I was not at home at the delivery day and the payment mode was bitcash, he was just telling my wife “don’t worry, everything is paid, you don’t need to pay anything”. At the end of the day my apartment was full of bottles of water and packs of facial tissues that I don’t need and he simply deducted the amount from my account.
I believe that guy was just trying to hit his sales target of the day, but I don’t really care and I am not happy to see my home as a warehouse.
Now I placed the order in cash and see what will happen next.
Last delivery, he just left the bottles behind the door and left. He thought that my wife who is taking care of the small baby is the right person to take five big gallons inside the apartment?
The overall service and delivery is very poor. Considering to change the supplier.
Still no delivery?
The app is fine, easy to use unfortunately their customer service and delivery is completely useless. It has been 10 days since I ordered, I have already been charged but still no delivery. Called and complained three times, customer service just keeps apologising and saying it will reach me as soon as possible. Customer service called me on Wednesday to confirm my address as “there is some issue with the app so we need to call and get your address” told me delivery would be on Thursday. Got a message on Thursday saying my delivery has been completed..... no it has not! Called again today, lots of apologies but long story short.... still no water.
