Good looking app, easy to use and the choice to pay online or cash on delivery. Two things to take care about... Date of delivery is not what you put, each area has it's own delivery day of the week, customer service should send email with delivery date in your area. Not everything you order will be delivered, one third of my order was not available according to delivery personal, customer service should inform customers if they can't deliver such items.
Failed Delivery. No Support Whatsoever from the Customer Care.
I have been waiting for my order of Masafi Glass for more than one week although the payment has already been made. Masafi delivered it to my old address even though both the delivery and billing address had been updated in the app before placing the order. The security guard from my old building called to ask me about the misplaced order as if I stole it. What kind of service is this? I called everyday day the entire week and was in contact with the customer support person (Ahmed) directly. I even submitted my address on phone but no assistance has been given. I have been getting told everyday that the order will be delivered the next day. Or it is getting processed. Or “my superviser will handle it”. Last Thursday the same person told me the order will be delivered on Sunday. It’s Monday already and there hasn’t been any kind of follow up. This is my second horrible and embarrassing experience with Masafi with absolutely careless attitude from their staff. Exhausted with their poor service, I asked to get reimbursed and yet I have neither received cash nor my order.
Worst customer service and app!
I am going to ask to reimburse my BitCash. I ordered online on Friday and nobody informed me that delivery to my area is only on Wednesday! I called on Saturday to check and only then they told me whist I was running out of water. Then they said that ok, they will deliver it on Sunday, and I called many times to double check if I need to go to the store just in case and they confirmed - it will be delivered on Sunday before 6pm. Guess what, it's 7:30pm and it is not deivered and nobody's answering anymore. So if you deliver, why lie????! Now during quarantine at night I have to get a permission and go to the store and I didn't drink any water today because I was waiting for Masafi delivery. Never trust their customer service and never trust this company! Liars! If they are lying about deliveries, I'm sure they lie their water is mineral, it's obvious it's just drinking water and who knows what else they are lying about! If I could, I would give them 0 stars!
