My Al hosn app registered my expired passport number. I have been using new passport way before pandemic started so 🤷🏻‍♀️
I want to correct it but getting it done a lot harder 🤦🏽‍♀️I have to call the ICA then only to be pointed out to make a complain so I can have a Ticket number. My status is put in low priority(which is I dont mind) butthos could have had just been corrected easily by scanning my new passport and mobile OTP to prove my identity but its not.
My DHA profile (used it late before Al hosn) and automatically registered my new passport.
I am travelling internationally and have to show a valid vaccine certificate its all messed up because my DHA certificate has the correct passport number but my Al Hosn app has the wrong one and missing letters.

I wish they would add features updating the passport details to correct it would have been save the ICA loaded case with a low priority level like my case. I don’t know how much proof do we need to get it corrected. For sure no one wants to steal someans al Hosn app who had a record of positive case in the previous months.
I hope Al hosn App developers & ICA can hear me out on this one.

I’ve tried 17 times to change the passport number for the application. The passport number used has been expired since 2018 pre corona virus existence yet it shows on the app. When contacting all departments from AlHosn to ICA no one is able to make the change nor do they know where or whom I should contact along with being rude, unhelpful, uneducated and for lack of better wording a waste of space as they are not actually doing anything effective. I then was told to go to ICA office for “immigration” and they also were not able to do anything or help in any shape or form. WORST SERVICES EVER! I don’t understand how something so easy like editing a number is so difficult to do! Also when registering the complaint the only form of reconcile is to call so why have a problem description if all methods are only to call and no reason to type.. it is STUPID!

So i tried signing in alhosn app in my other phone and it didn’t work. Worst case scenario lets say if i forgot one phone or my battery just died but i have my other phone and its already signed in the app .

I recommend you make this if possible for easier access and entrys for specific places it would be great to do this .
