Commendation_Customer Service

I would just like to commend Ms Anne Beltran of Customer Service Team who had been patient enough to go through my queries for reimbursement process. Among the 3 people who took my call from this department, only she had been clear enough to explain and help me with the process. CS for medical insurances are one of the most tough there is- but Anne had the natural emphaty and sincerity unique to her. Thank you.

Worst customer support

Not only the call Center is useless, even the complaint/inquiry on the app is just plain namesake. I was promised a call back from the customer care team on my inquiry, multiple times now and I’m still waiting for it, about 5 days now. Every time I call their helpline number I need to start my query from the beginning - (no tracking of customers previous inquiry nor any of the call backs they’d promised) and honestly it feels like a joke at this point. I’ve submitted a complaint on the app 3 days ago and no response, not even an acknowledgment saying they are checking or will get back. Claim reimbursement request of course has been ignored, no response there. No surprise. Extremely disappointed with the service and app response, rather lack of.

Disappointing Experience with Surgery Approval Process

I recently had a disheartening experience with Naas company. My doctor submitted a surgery request, which was crucial for my health, but it was unjustifiably rejected.

This decision left me deeply frustrated and concerned about the lack of understanding regarding the medical necessity of the surgery. Despite providing clear information about its essential nature for my well-being, the rejection seemed arbitrary and lacked a serious consideration of the facts.

The inability to secure approval for a necessary medical procedure has cast a shadow on my confidence in Naas. It is disconcerting to encounter such obstacles when seeking essential healthcare support.
