So helpful and easy
It has Apple pay and it accepts credit card once to you download the app, more to say? Yes it is the easiest place to pay any bill ever, I lived in 3 continents so I would know, DEWA outdid itself again and did a great job at it, pay as you go as soon as you download it? More, you can also find all the locations that DEWA Happiness gig that DEWA has provided anywhere, you don’t need anything but to follow on the app and and follow the instructions on the screen
The worst possible customer support and in accurate data
Very bad experience, and lack of accuracy of data and customer support, I’m calling the customer service to file a complaint for the 3rd time as I saw high consumption figures on the app and they keep saying that the app numbers are inaccurate, by the end of the month I got a 10k bill for the 2nd time after repairing everything a month ago and closing the water supply for 15 days until the work was done and now when I’m asking about the technician visit to inspect the meter they give me an appointment after 1 week and for the growing numbers everyday I have to pay them since they are not free to solve the problem or at least detect it - the way they communicate is super careless and the customer has to pay- bad reviews were made with no reactions - figures on the app as per the customer service team are not reliable- I have no clue what to do
