Enhance - Personal Trainers 4+

Like a normal person trying the personal training but I realised how lucky I am when I got sammy
-At first he asked me about my target then by default it becomes his.
-he is drawing your life style by making you enjoy your workout making the gym your second home.
-He never stops giving instructions and advices about how to change your bad habits in food and rest time.
-when it comes to training time he just remember each and everything as if he dont train anyone else except me.
-When it comes to change shape he explained well my body type and (endomorph) and explained all my strength and weak point , and showing how to work on them
-When it comes to progress , he just open the file and tell me my progress parameters .
-I started with 20 sessions and finished only 10 then Irenew 20 more sessions coz I see the results now , not only on my body but on my life style as well
** if there is unlimited tstars to rate , the app would explode.

First time I saw the Enhance Fitness was from the sticker on a car, seeing it constantly got me curious what it is all about. Am a self declared lazy about working out and i dont have much motivation of getting myself to workout on my own and due to my busy work, going to the gym is a bit struggle for me. Then I tried downloading this app, very easy to use to book a trainer. Having them coming over at my desired place outdoor or in a gym was a relief for me. Very professional trainers! Enhance Fitness helped me to get my lazyass working out with great motivation from my trainer!

Brilliant App ! Finally a solution where we can work out from anywhere we want ! I am also having virtual trainings during the lockdown . Unfortunately for me , I can not find anymore excuses to skip my workout !!. I am doing post pregnancy exercises with my Trainer Denis and now my husband has also joined . Denis is super nice , always manage to accommodate our timings, and adapt his trainings according to our mood, strength and motivation of the day. Am very happy to have found enhance fitness and i keep recommending it !
