STEPPI 4+

First person to download

I have been a keen follower of steppi since I first heard about it, pushing linked in post and sharing them. When I found out Steppi was launched I quickly went to the App Store to get it and to my surprise I was the first person to ever download it.
Great idea, great app haven’t used it yet but just collecting my steps as I’m now a steppi.
Looking forward to seeing more please to redeem my steps in.

Reset password failure

My experience with using the application was great but one day it kicked me out of my account so I tried signing in using my details but I didn’t receive any message whatsoever in the messages. When I tried to sign in using the website it states that the email I used to sign in was not found. I lost hope and I tried registering a new user using the same credentials I used to sign in with but it says that the number and email are both in use/ linked with an existing account. So the whole reset password bug doesn’t let me sign in/reset the password or even register a new account. Please find a solution to this problem.

If I am going to give up exercising then only bcz of this app

This is the worse exercise app I ever used
It doesn’t synch data nor it track properly
Some days it shows my steps morning time is 4k steps cause I use the stairs at work, then when I do my daily walk at evening time all of a sudden the steps shows 3k!!!! And doesn’t count whatever exercises I have been doing

Better to work on this app and fix the many issues it has, and I heard from my friends also who used it that they stopped participating in Dubai fitness challenge as in previous year this app let their team lose as their data was not synching properly
